Nym's was tight, but I was feeling DJ-T's more.

I'm gona give it to Nym, there's just so much to it that's pleasing to the ear.

DJ-T i think yours gets very repetitive towards the end, one bit actually gets pretty annoying in my opinion, the bit that starts at 3:02

Starts really well though and it is pretty amusing.

again I had little time to put this together, I didn't have aweek to do this. I did this today in 4hrs time,and mix it down. So I think that's good, NYM I jus had to use your name ,the whole thang was funny putting together, I couldn't help but laugh everytime the song played.

Nym, that track was fire. You know what's funny is when I was listening, I was thinking, "man, I bet nym did those beat boxes, cuz that sounds like some thin white boy lip beatboxin, like mine." Haha... don't get me wrong, it was dope, but that leads into my only complaint about the mix would be that I would have liked to hear a tad more of the other dums, and a tad less of the beatbox, volumewise, i mean. But that's purely a preferance thing, and I also understand why you put the beatbox more in front too. Anyways, I was stuggling to find a criticism cuz the track was super nice. Good shit.

DjT, I liked all the vocal samples, and the track was smooth as hell. I would have liked to hear the drums poppin a little more, and a little louder in the mix. Good shit though.

DJT you actually sampled "what i'd do for love" ?? that joint is ridiculously popular, like james brown funky drummer popular. i liked the looops before you started chopping it up. nyms beat really didnt catch my ear, so my vote goes to patrick swayze

djt's is not very battle like at all. i dont get it. you wanna be bringing raw, vicious beats to battles. this is just real chilled. nice but bla bla bla

nym- that was ome of the best mixing skills i've heard for that style :wink: that track was broad man..... but i got to give it to dj cus he really took a chance and useing a beatbox for a beat is too easy.

I voted for T. I used the sample before (flipped pretty close, also), and I like his idea behind the actual "battle" part of the beat battle.

The idea NYM had was hot. I just wasn't in the mood for that type of beat....

It was a close battle, but like I said I was just in the mood for DJ-T's track...

he like put all those wierd missplaced vocals throughout half or it lol, that was great... and he used a long sample off of vinyl to combat ur futuristic syncopation :D anyway i would have given it to you fam but useing that strong of a concept for the beatbox i think u really have to find a way to even that out. but this is just an opinion you know... both were fu(in pearls of music

DJ-T - I think you broke some kind of cardinal rule of sampling.

I was like, "No this nika didnt sample this"

NYM Definetly got my vote.

I think it's easy to hear that NYM's track is waaaay more well produced, mixed, programmed and skillfully toutched Than DJ-T's. That being said, I really don't like the "crash" in the song (rather leave it out) and I think that the Beatbox comes out a little weak.. But nice work anyway.

DJ-T, What you composed is just so weak and way out of NYM's league. You took a very unoriginal song to sample and Just looped parts of it through most of the track, just using the drums, the bass and the vocal which was on the sample from the start.. Not very creatively I would say. And when your own drums comes in, They're not really fitting the beat. And the shoutouts and the rap are pretty weak too i think. I'm sorry, but I think that there is alot of "Shame in your game"... baby.

i really couldnt feel either that much... wasnt into that beatbox beat nym made with all thosse random future sounds...but drums were npretty nice when i could hear them over the beat boxer..dj-t's beat sounded like it was gonna be raw and hard in the intro then he came with some smooth easy listening shit.. i kinda liked the beat but not for a battle
