but it is much better to go instore than online, and to be honest their staff arnt to knowledgeable.

actually I beg to differ, dv are awful I once tested some monitors out at one of their stores, the guy insisted on playing them through a £3K desk. Then tried to sell me a midiman I didn't want and a pre-amp for a mic that didn't need it, purely because it's a cheap mic. It was a wasted afternoon in london!!

Turnkey might have bad service, but they're always the cheapest or will match or lower, if Thomann aren't! Your own research is always going to be the best!

Problem with Turdkey, and this has happened countless times, is appalling service coupled with poor delivery and even when you get the unit it can have issues.
Try getting a refund from them or a replacement....................you could grow a beard.

For those that are thinking of buying from the UK and importing into their own country, you need to think of import duties and tax.
We have the same problem when buying from the US or Japan.

Maybe you're soft on them, I've only ever had a problem and they gave me £20 worth of vouchers to apologise.
