computer interference

when i connect the mpc1000 to mixer soundcard then g5 ... i get a real dirty computr soundin hummin, g5 connected by itself perfect mpc on its own perfect, joined together pure rass interference,,,,, some one mus know something.. cha man

Its either you are using a factory sound card or your cables may be the problem.

What soundcard do you have? I see your english isnt that good so i hope u can get some help around here. I'll do my best.

What language u speak other than english cause u may can explain alot better in your language not sure.

Try moving your MPC further away from your computer. Also, try moving your cables away from computer.

Try and lick on the cables before connecting them.

maybe a grounding problem...

make sure everything is plugged into the same circuit...

also with my laptop i solved this problem by using a ground lift adapter (3 prong to 2 prong) but i must warn you, that can be dangerous, if you try that you might die and it's not my fault ok

First, you need to discover the cause of the noise. If it is feedback due to your routing, then eliminate it. If it is a ground hum then lift it and get rid of it.
