can an experienced producer reply with a "MPC1000 for Dummies"?
example.. "After you buy your MPC.. (A) INSTALL NEW OS BY DOING BLAH BLAH.. (B) ASSIGN YOUR SAMPLES BY BLAH BLAH...

I know its asking a lot but please if you're gonna say something like "no I don't want to", why did you even post that.. if someone's up late one night drunk or high and is bored,.... just do it.. newbies everywhere will LOVE it and will make this site so much more popular guaranteed...

I'm just trying to help guys, if you're feeling lazy, don't lash out!! Hell I'll make one if I get good enough with it.... hehe peace guys, happy writin

Yeah, what is the manual if not a instruction for firsttimers. This site does not need to become an online manual.

Everything you just asked is IN the manual and OS update PDF's.

What don't you understand about that? What good is me writing it out here when you don't even wanna read the manual? You wouldn't even wanna read what I write?

Really, it is in the manual though, give the manual a go.

As I understand it this guy don´t need help with these matters, he just thinks someone should write a set of answers to the most common questions blurbed by newbies/idiots/lazyasses/retards or whatever you´d like to call them.
He´s trying to make life easier for some on this forum so don´t bite at him, even though he promotes hand holding instead of people reading up on what they got and making an effort, he´s not himself asking for answers to these questions (I hope, or at least I get that impression).

By the way Sparq, clean and nice avatar change.

i agree with ryssen, i don't see anywhere in his question that says that he himself wants an "mpc1k for dummies".

PS I just thought that if I had somewhere to read on how to get started quickly (from a producers point of view and not akai's point of view) when I started, it woulda been a lot easier and the experience would of been something like a "pick up and go" other than a "read up and read some more".. not everyone's the same out there guys remember that.. lets help out our fellow producers.. cheers
