Recording and Intro on MPC 1000

I want to record this Vocal sample as my intro. So I took the loop off. It will go to the nearest bar after the sample is done playing. Is there a stop the sample right when the vocals stop. Then I was going to bring in my beat on different sequence. But the is a space in time I want to take out. Any help.

better off just chucking it all in a computer when the rest of the track is done.
