Mixer Effects

I'm just curious which effects heads here use the most, and what settings they tend to put them at...


I graduated up from the 2000xl... and, as we all know, the effects on the xl were horrific.

So, I havent really been using the effects on the 2500 very much... then my boy mentioned that I should use the Bit Grunger effect on my drums and it would crunch em up a bit.. I used it last night on my snares and the shit worked like a charm...


So, I was just curious as to what other solid effects were in there that Id been missing out on.

the delay and reverb is nice when used moderately

u can also get some good stuff out the eq also

C'mon y'all...someone give me some knowledge on this...


Up until now, the only effects Id ever really used where the Reverb (standard) and the Compression, occasionally... but I took a snare last night with no emotion whatsoever and crunched it up BIG TIME with the bit grunger effect and a little reverb... helped a ton..


If the other effects are as good as that one, or at least as helpful as that one, this piece may be better than I thought..


I figured someone on here would have some knowledge they could throw my way...
