im wondering if a rolling pitch type bass is possible in mpc's ive heard it in j-dilla and j-zone productions and they both use mpc's maybe something in the edit section i dont know but someone please awnser this correctly thanks.

definitely - use the qlink. very good for that kind of stuff.

right on i figured it out but when i start from the botton at my set pitch then go up and down the pitch is different then what it started with which is kinda annoying.

I'm doing this right now, but I can't pitch bend the bass sample when actually moving the slider... I'll have to press the pad again and then the bass note comes out re-pitched... How can I make it pitch bending while holding the pad + moving the slider?
