Problem saving one shot programs on hard disk

Whenever I save a program to hard disk with the pads set to one shot. the pads play over each other instead of cutting each over out. does anyone know how i can fix this. It happens when I use the mpc to save programs.

set it to MUTE instead of POLY in your program mode.
