Fantom Keyboard Low Octive & MPC 2500 not recording!

I use my MPC 2500 that I just recently got to replace my 1000 as my master sequencer and my fantom keyboard as a slave....

When Im doing my baseline's I lower the octive on the fantom, and then do a record + play on the MPC, go to play it back, and it records nothing if I set the octive to a lower level then default. I don't remember my 1000 having this problem.

What's the deal?

What OS are you using?

This was a problem with OS1.1, they supposedly fixed it with OS 1.2 and i've had no problems but some people have still been unable to record the high and low notes.

Cool. I looked up threads on OS 1.2 sounds like that will my problem so I assume I'm on the previous version, but I dont recall how to look that up? I will download the flash update and upgrade the OS tonight and let you all know how that works.
