If any of ya'll know someone who is getting rid of their 3K, tell them to holla! my e-mail is [email protected]... I got some dough, and would trade too (got an mpc1k and a roland sp-404)

Around 800ish, I guess. I know it's steep but I'm not trying to get rid of it and not have the dough to replace this with the quickness. I'm torn!! I want the 3k but I don't want to be without a drum machine in general, know what I mean

It has the +6db mod, for that alone I would take it regardless of the name on the front....

Obviously the dude who did it had the cash... To the MPC is just a tool to get the job done away so no big deal.

In Australia we got this shit called 'sandpaper' right, you mighta heard of it, i reckon you could just get lil bita 'sandpaper' there an just take the name off if it pissed you off enough.

Besides, the fact you wouldn't buy it based on the aesthetics of the unit means that you actually care more about what the mpc looks like than the guy who got it done.

hire design i can tell your stupid but are you serious?

really man... youd have to be an as shole to spend over 2 grand on a custom painted mpc then to attempt to sandpaper it. youd have to sandpaper the whole thing and repaint it for it not to look disgusting. then repaint it. meaning youd spend even more time n money on something that is overpriced.

i think the 3000 looks perfect factory paint. like mine. i was saying a paint job like that devalues it with the customization. if that mpc was cheaper than a normal lookin mpc it would be worth it. but for 800 dollars more i dont think sandpaper is a good idea.

your argument sounds like the one your mom gave you when you had to ride a pink bike until you were 16.

so i hope you buy lots of overpriced equipment. sandpaper it... then tell people you shouldnt worry about the way the gear looks. good luck
