OK...
I removed the 8 output on my mpc2000 and changed the RAM, the noise is now gone but I am left without 8 outputs
Every time I install the output board back the problem re-appears.
Now I just have to figure out why that's happening, by the way I have the MUTEC 8 output for the s2000/mpc2000 not the newer board.
