thanks to all others in this thread who offered help, when i get the 1.2 i'm going to try this imaging routine - if al the naysayers are right and it cannot be done then fair do's - but if i get it to work i will expect £950,000 via PayPal immediately

Fock the imaging thing off, just go out and buy 10 floppy disks for a few quid and turn them all to OS disks

Got your PM, I'll sort it tomorrow hopefully. I don't think I've got any spare floppies so I might have to send one of back ups
