Anyone got examples of old skool Jamaican dub for me?

I'm looking to broaden my horizons with a bit of dub and wanted to know who i should be looking for?

Any of you guys into it?

I've heard of King Tubby and Lee Scratch Perry, who else should i be looking for?

On another note, the dub bass sound, is it just like a bass guitar run through a low pass filter?

there was a thread about this already, but the conclusion was that they used flat bass strings, yes, on a regular bass guitar.
