You know after listening to your myspace page I half to laugh at you offering critisms and advice. Your beats have a ways to go as well. And I heard no cuts.
listened to yours to ! not good!

That's because I don't use turntables on my tracks, and sold my Techinc's (1200's) back in 97". But still doesn't mean I can't rip a VI-nal. This is the MPC forum not wanna b's Q=berts

PS: have You heard of a Rap Group E.T.W? I was their dj, we did a concert in Portland boring is heck! bunch of punker's and Preppy White kids doing nothing but drugs. 8)

Actually Portland is full of punkers and preps but thier is a lot more to it than that. Portland is pretty dope. Thier is a dope scene here and a lot of talented dudes doing there thing. I wouldn't turn a blind eye due to one bad expierience.

definitely agreed, but i kinda liked this one, not so much as a hip hop track. i think it'll be for a singer.

nothing if you do them for the right reasons. pot = medicine.

it's off season. i'm out of school, and humorously enough i do less music (and less in every way including fury) when i don't have as much to do. however, i'm about to start laying tile soon, waking up at 6 am in the morning to make it over there.

i do have one beat that i've been poking with a stick over the last couple weeks but i'm cowed by it, it's my first in 6/8 and it's reaaaallly potent. anyone who wants to try their luck against it can opt for another battle, but it wouldn't be a time limit type of thing, just take your time on a track you like as well and throw it on up.

ill battle you, because i dont get nearly enough respect in the beat dept. maybe cause i sold out and make "catchy" sh*t most of the time nowadays, but i gotta eat lol. But for this battle, i will do it the way i like to do it. what do you say?

went for a draw on this one, both good, both quite simple (which is a good thing in this case), having said that though, both could have done with a little more variation. one thing i didn't like on yours spesh was the low whistley type noise at the beginning, like a bottle being blown across. nym your track sounds kindal like it could do with something more musical and continuous over the top, like a solo violin or, as you suggested, a singer.

yeah listening to the two beats I couldn't say that one producer was better than the other, just different styles. Some people intentionally make their tracks sound like spesh's. I think the scratching was too much on both.

Is DJ-T a hater or what he sounds like KRS talking about hip-hop jeeze....
