Question on MPC 60

Does it use the same power chord as a mpc 2000xl? Also where do you get the latest o.s.

To my knowledge it should use the same power cord as the other mpcs.

The MPC 60 V1 has a fixed power chord.
The MPC 60 V2 has a standard power plug like most other devices.

This can depend on what country the MPC was destined for. I have Mk1's and a Mk2's. The Mk2 has the "standard" IEC plug that you find on so many things these days inc. the 2KXL. The Mk1 has an older style 2 Pin IEC plug which a lot more uncommon.

Both of these are not hardwired and are the "EVBS" spec MPC. Refer to the service manual for what this means. These machines are from the UK btw.
