need empty pgm

i was hoping someone could help me without with a pgm file for the 2000xl

i need a empty pgm with

all 16 device A midi
1- drum 1
1- drum 2
1- drum 3
1- drum 4

and i could just copy from there but i would really appreciate it. if someone could help me out with this. please becouse my data wheel is broke so i can't change everthing and all i have now is just 4 devices and 1 drum. i just got a new 5050 and i found out how i could use vsts with mpc and i want to buy some new drum samples but its all good for nothing if i can't fully use them. if you could help with this i would really really appreciate it if you send it in email to [email protected] thank you very much

Wouldn't it be smart to get a new data wheel?
