Can you have samples switched to different outputs from within a sequence on the mpc 60? I'm think of sending sounds through delays and stuff.

I mean, for example, send a snare out of output 2 and then switch it to output 6 at some point in a song for a single hit and then straight back to output 2.

wtf???

That'd be cool if it could do that! It's just fine anyway though. You can turn up your sends when the particular sound comes around, sample a sound with the desired effect on or create a seperate track(s) on your recorder that the desired effects are applied to. For example all sounds that you want to have reverb put on say track 3 and all sounds you want with delay put on track 4.

my guess is.. since you can save the mixer settings tied to program, make copies of the same program and set different ouput settings accordingly. then put in program changes when you need em.

If you have room on the pads, make a copy of it and have that one on a different output. Hit whichever one you need at whatever point in the seq.
