Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000
By mcl169 Tue Jun 06, 2006 10:48 pm
I got the hang of the mpc editor and it's a good look. I can easily transfer my processed sampples to pads then load themn in my mpc2000xl. I thought I saw a effects page before but now when I go to open it it opens my computer files. is the a effects feature on the mpc editor and if so how do I access it. and is there a good program specificly made for processing drum. or any body have a favorite and why

When I open effects I get a list of files on my computer. I dont get the effects page.
I see you mentioned sound forge I keep that in the stash for hard to read data (it opens dam near everything). but i've never really done much processing with it. I'll take another look at it. I also have wave lab witch is pretty good but might be better at someother things like mastering. is there a specific effect you use or what. just in general i'll

SF is what I've favored for years above all other wave editors I've used. I also master in SF.

Effects for drums like what? The basic, compression and eq for drums?
