MPC as the Master Pro Tools as the slave

Beatmakers,

I've never been able to record midi from the MPC 2000 XL to Pro Tools 7. Every time I do the MPC will record a single MIDI note and Pro Tools will hang (crash). Why? I definitely have a fat enough computer with enough memory and I never have touble recording audio from the MPC to Pro Tools. Your help is apreciated!

Just save your sequnece on the mpc (that is a midi file by the way) that you then load into your protools.
