"your set up was nice up to the point when you got all ricky lake on us.
just because you have some bad breaks with women those experiences do not define all women.
and if you want to be truely INDEPENDENT maybe lose all of that negitivity you are carrying around
hate does not need to define love"

I would answer that, but there is no point because I know all women are not the same my point is IMA DO MY DAM THANG ALONE WITH NO WORRIES OF A WOMAN GETTING ON MY NERVES WHILE I GO ON MY MUSICAL ADVENTURES !!! The thing is I experienced this and ya can't tell me SHYT!!! read willie lynch papers and you will see what I am talking about. Celena of course you are going to say something you are a woman, lol see my point EXACTLY !!! You proved my point, when we men get on our independent shyt oh yall don't like that , and I am not carrying any negativity, that's your own perception when you don't even know me. I am doing my thing and being at peace. How many negative people u know say peace ? Peace point made.

Smoove I hear ya, but the funny thing is the rack stuff is cool it's the stuff that's in that dam computer that's hot to death. Like Philharmonik, Triton nor the 3080 can mess with it, it has 258 polyphony while the Trition and Roland has 128 and they were recorded in 192khz 24bit. Software is the joint I love it, oh I love my hardware too I incorporate the two and I get a hot sound.

www.soundclick.com/danoc

www.ijmaenmt.com/my_music you can listen to tracks at both sites.

Emfinite thanks :)

Bezo, well the UAD man let me tell you, the card is hot to death!!! I mean I paid 399 for the project pack and man the software is next to dam real with the hardware. Now I just recently purchased Dreamverb, oh my lord listen, when I heard that thing tears came to my eyes, I had to literally get up from my seat go grab some orange juice sit and think on what the heck I had in my possession. Listen top pros are using the UAD, cats that do mastering is using it. I have one card that's all I need to do what I need to do because of the way I work I have found ways like no other to use things where they don't hurt my computer. Plus I have a Creation Station from Sweetwater, oh that computer is a smasher, I love it. I got the Demission D, Plate 140, oh my Gawd that piece is crazy. If you have percussion and you need that extra bounce to it add some Plate 140 to it and you are banging. CS=1, that's off the hook, man I love UAD and when I purchased the DreamVerb it was only $129 from the $149 mark up value which is still cheap. there LA-2A is off the chain, man all you do is purchase it, down load the number to your computer and open it up in your FXpansion Adapter(wrap it) and it will pop up in your protools RTAS. Nah it really don't take up my CPU, I have four running I just did it as a test and my computer was still tip top running I couldn't believe it. It works with ease bro I had that thing working in minutes, oh and the Waves, oh forget about it, is hot too, I have both and use both so my stuff will sound hot when I really wanna get into a mean mix, that waves stuff you gotta do Ilok and all that lol seems like Home Land Security lol Bezo, if you are going to get it, get it, get that and the FXpansion because let me tell you, I know you know how much LA-2A cost in hardware. $2,499 for LA-2A, here you only spend $149 bucks and it sounds dam near like the LA-2A. See I also bought the right computer that was configured for all of this because Sweet Water got will all those companies and made the hot computers. You get that I bet you will be up all night and try to stay up all day so you can make music and use those joints on your music lol It's worth it UAD I would of never known if I wouldn't have went to that AES convention, that was the best thing I did.

Skmagnum,
that's a nice set up. Awhhhhhhh man I see the 5080 in your set up I love that module. What is that over your 002rack? I have the 002Rack also hot, love it.

www.soundclick.com/danoc did this RnB joint called Ride check it

By skmagnum Sat Jun 10, 2006 8:24 am
its a corny lil compressor, i dont like it much. i love my 5080, not only do i get to install 4 srx boards, i can toss in 4 jv boards!! i got the following jv boards: hip hop, synth, and sounds of the 60s n 70s. i got a question about your setup thoe. do you run everything thru your yamaha 02 so you can mix the beat, then track it into pro tools? and how are you controlling all those keyboards n modules and software? i been asking that midi question for hella long!! check my beats out at www.myspace.com/blackiceclickk , i did all of those except the first song
