Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

so, does any knowledgable cat out there have any tips on how to get your mpc 2000xl, reason, and m-audio keyboard to work together....i'm new to the mpc world and i have no idea how to do this? i hate being a rookie... :oops:

what does the mpc2000xl manual's midi diagram look like?

what does the reason manual's midi diagram look like?

what does the m-audio keyboard manual's midi diagram look like?

see there is your answer. no need to logon to the internet just open the manuals that came with your equiment.

yeah...BUT i dont have all of the manuals due to getting some of these products off of hommies without manuals....but i can download the one for the mpc though....any other tips??

well, in reason go to the help menu and there should be diagrams there. go to m-audio website and down load the manual for your keyboard and you are set.

i bet while you read up on these subjects you will learn a few other things along the way.

no disrepect but empower yourself.

Have a read through the guide. There are some useful tips and plenty of info on Midi That should help you get your head around Midi. It sounds like you're new to that as well. If not shame on you! Read your manuals ;)

thanks for that...we all had to start somewhere that's why we have a forum to help us all out. i did get some good tips though. i'll get it evenutally.
