how do you insert half a bar?

eh.. how do I insert just half a bar (2 counts) or like 1 count.. or 2 counts.. or 3 counts..

or how do I change the time sig? i tried changing the Tsig but the only options I see are 4/4 (under the #1) and 4/4 (under the #2) .. Don't know what the hell this means.

One way is to insert an extra bar, then insert a tempo change that doubles the tempo (200%) at the start of the added bar and a tempo change that brings it back down to original tempo (100%) on the last tick of that bar (or at the start of the first bar of the seq, or at the start of the nest seq).
If you want 1/4 of a bar just raise the tempo by 400%.

You have to rearrange the seq data in the added bar to keep it coherent with the rest of the seq, this could be a bit messy and problematic but if you´re a friend with step edit, keep your head cool and have pen and paper by your side it shouldn´t be a problem.

yepp..

4/4= four quarter note counts. 2/4 would give you half bar.

yes peezie. but more specifically:
the easy way to insert two beats (a half bar in 4/4) in a Sequence is to do this:
In MAIN screen, put the cursor on the time signature field (where it says 4/4 by default), then hit WINDOW. This shows you all the measures in the sequence and their time signature.
Move the cursor to the measure where you need the two extra beats, then put the cursor on the top number and change the 4 to 6. Hit MAIN to go back to MAIN screen. You will now have a measure running 6 beats instead of 4.
Anothe option is to add a measure, and set it to 2/4 signature, but it takes slightly longer to do.
