samples...

i sampled a guitar that sounds really good, but the only problem is there is a bass guitar line with it that ruins my purposes with it. How do I go about silencing noises out of the sample?

If only it were that simple........ Its gonna boil down to freq's of the sample....Perhaps you can try and dampen the 'Bass' line by removing the bottom end of the sample through use of Filters & EQ.

You kinda just gotta see what the results sound like then make the decision as to whether you can work with them or not

try EQing, depending on the level and freq of the bass line it may work chances are you'll still hear it a little tho.
