Big Problem

I have a problem. Is there a way i can changed the tempo of the drum without changing the tempo of the sample

Drums are on one track and the sample on another? Don't think so...

Do you mean change the pitch?

Maybe figure out what tempo is, then figure out what samples are, your problem doesn't make sense
