Adding reverb

How is this done? If I wanted to add some reverb to a sample, wut is used? when I mean wut is used, can it be done on the MPC or is this what a mixer is for....With Reason you have all the different room types and echo options, can you get similar options with a 2500?

On the 2500? Just go into the mixer function, go to fx send.. apply the 1st or second effect to that pad... go into fx master.. and change the corresponding number 1 or 2 to reverb.. then set the levels...
