Lou wrote:good one. but wait...isn't paying twice as much for something that offers now maybe 1/10th more in functionalty show a lack of ummm..what would you possibly call it...education?

That's what I'm trying to rub in Mr. Smart Panties.
Riiiiight........... because adding 3rd party software is really gonna make your pads bigger, give you better quality hardware, and add more midi outputs. There's a reason why the 1000 is priced the way it is; you're getting what you pay for. In fact, I bought one to use as a footrest for when I'm making beats on my 2500.

my theory on jahrome and the 1000 - he insults it because secretly he desires it, much like when little boys pull little girls hair

WHO THE F*CK CARES!?

Before I bought this friggin 2500 I didn't read this forum to see how many ridiculous 1000 vs 2500 arguments there were. I am not seeing the same thing between the 60 or 3000 or 2000 or whatever, so why these two machines?

Is it just that the people who buy the 1000 and 2500 are dumber than the people who buy the other machines, and care far more about posting on the internet about why theirs is better than the others than actually using it for what it's made for?

You dumb sons of b*tches. Get a life, which you can share amongst the lot of you.
