The making of a track, from start to finish (Video)

i liked that a lot, dope beat, excellent video, so much easier to watch than most of the messy crap that gets posted. reading between the lines i'm guessing the theme was the crew are like brothers we look out for each other in dogfight etc? hows my guess?

Your right!! with that said, where is hop hip headed? The evolution of hip hop is really a slow thing(my opinion).I do think we are in for a change in hip hop, with so many people "producing beats"something is bound to change. Further more.......I see hip hop going in the direction of a lot of voice sample as the main melody on the tracks...sure it's been done in the past, but I think it's getting ready to get really out of hand(my opinion).

I try my best to stay creative, at the same time when there is a certain sound the difines the music your making its sometimes hard to be extremely creative.

Cool video and beat. Did you sample that from the xbox?

edit: Also you should use divx or xvid to and encode it down to an avi. Or maybe h264, in any case cut the resolution a little to save yourself some bandwidth.

When it comes to sampling from the movie I could just have plugged the audio out straight into the computer, but I found it easier to just download the soundtracks, and at the same time look if there was more to sample. And in the movie you've got sound fx on top of the music wich makes it hard to get a sample clean without anyone screaming "I love you Affleck" or something.

the song has nothing to do with dogfights, but its about being brothers yes, like a best friend who's always there for you.

The hook translated;

yeah, I will, but I have to find a server for it first, the bandlimit exceeded ont the last one, it was downloaded 500 times from different sites, so 44000GB downloaded was too much for the server OP's

Put it on youtube.com or google videos or rapidshare. theres a bunch of places to put it up for free with no bandwidth limits.
