Switching 8 outs

Before I get screamed on I DID do a search first and no luck. Has any one here switched the 8 outs from thier classic to an xl. I'm sure it's pretty easy but #1: I brought it used with them already installed so I've never done it. And #2 I don't want to damage anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never done it, but yes it can be done.
It's not that hard, just like installing computer hardware, make sure when you open the machine you are grounded, cause static can harm the chips, other than that just get a screw driver and remember what goes where maybe even take digital pictures after every step.
OR
Take it in to an electronics repair shop, be ready to pay like $100 at least for labour.

Open the mf up and do it yourself. 10 minutes and you are done.
