...and tell me what the voltage range is... Is it something like 100>240
or is it more specific? The reason I ask is because I wanna know if there will be conversion issues with an imported desk from the US.

Hopefully it'l just be the case of me gettin a plug/converter or better still a UK 'kettle' lead.

Can someone clarify

I use mine in the US and UK and have to put the mackie mixers on a step up transformers in the UK. I have two LM3204s and a 1202 both have fixed supplies that only accept 120v. I will say that I have not taken them apart to investigate modification yet, that is comming up next. I am teaching myself dreamweaver so that my new site can have a page dedicated to traveling with musical instruments. Let us know what mixer you are considering and I will investigate. Power supplies are not rocket science thankfuly.

My 24-4 VLZ pro has ~120VAC 50/60HZ then it describes the Fuse 1A/250V slowblo.

You need a converter.

So if it comes to a step up transformer, and you are anywhere near ruislip the us navy base right by the west ruslip train station will have a fair number of americans that use step up transformers. You should be able to spot them by the white trainers. Or there is maplins.

Thank you and thank the rest of you's that took the time out to contribute!

I did indeed need a step down convertor - All is well now...Got my Mackie up and running...Just gettin to know its sound now really.....setting trims etc........

You dont wanna know what I was messing with b4 (It done a justice tho)

Back to the convertor topic....I spoke with Mackie (UK) about swapping the internal transformer and they said they'd be glad to sell me one. having the convertor isn't really an issue but I'd like it to be all in one if you know what I mean Its no biggy tho so Im in no rush to cop it as yet.
