start of a beat..

whats good.. ive been whatching videos on dudes making beats.. and i seem to notice that when there making a beat .. theres a tempo that plays.. u no that one where you first make a beat.. it goes"" tap tap tap tap tap""".... but when i make beats.. mine doesnt do that.. idk if ya need 2 turn a switch or what? it does it when im making a new trafck but like other dudes wait a couple secs then do it.. is that hgow you do it or can you set it like that??? if ya got info on it hit me up...

Its called the metronome. How to turn it off and on is in the manual....

is it originally on or off???

Stock, it should be on. Maybe you turned it off while navigating the machine at some point. Its an easy fix. Check the index in the manual.

Using an MPC2500, in the main screen press "CLICK" (F2). For the "In rec:" field, select "YES."
