A little MPC love for you all.... :D

Me and a friend made a little beat making video. Its not instructional (for that I recommend RTFM ;)).

Seems to play ok here maxim. Maybe give your browser a refresh.

I tend to record audio into Wavelab, then chop out the best bits and transfer to the MPC for sequencing.

Haha. Nice little video. Well made. I couldn't believe when it started, that you were gonna use that sample, but you made nice work of it.

Good job.

Great vid, the editing was really cool too!

I liked the track too, was also a bit dubious of the sample at first, lol. But it worked really well.

Nice one

Is that mixer the Behringer DDX something or other, the digital one?

How's it been for you?

Sh*t. It died about a week after making the video. I've owned it a little over a year. Luckily Behringer do 2 year warantee, so its covered, but because its a discontinued product, I now have to send it to Germany to get it fixed

You get what you pay for. In the meantime, I've gone back to a nice Allen and Heath analog desk. It doesn't have all the features of the DDX, but it'll probably still be workin in 10 years time :)

On that effort (the combined music and video 'cos they work well together) I sincerely hope you get where you want to get.
