Transfer sequence to CD quickly?

Hi, im kind of new to my mpc 2k, and I was wondering what was the easiest way to put my sequence off of the akai and onto a cd. Do I need to buy an external cd rom, or do i need a zip drive, so that I can transfer the files to my computer, and then put it on cd. I really dont know, any help with this question is appreciated, also if I do need a external cd- rom, what is a good bran or model?

The 2000 CANNOT burn cd's. You have to track your beats to a DAW or a recorder. Use the search function on the site.

The quickest and simplest way would be to use a CD recorder which works much the same as recording to tape.

....or you could do that I guess
