Just Grabbed a 60II & S950!

yep, I have a few MPC's and know it's not the contrast. I ordered a backlight from telesis for $35 ... should be all set once I get it early next week. Also got a new one for my S-950. How bright can i expect the screen to be compared to my 2500?

What did you do to clean the pads and buttons from the inside? My MPC 60II's pads seem kinda stiff (although, first time using a 60) compared to other MPC's Ive touched.

I would also like to know how to repair the backlight as mine is also very dim.

Anyone know if the Roger Linn site has the upgrade and scsi interface in stock yet?

I ordered a new backlight from telesis for $35 or so dollars. I took the 60 apart and soaked the pads in water and got em nice and clean. It's pretty easy to do. I only took off the buttons to the left of the pad for cleaning. One of these days I'll go off and clean the others but for now i'm too busy making music to break it all apart again.
