NEW TO THE SPOT

JUST WANTED TO SHOUT WUT UP 3X
The 1k is my first box...its by far a very east transition from fl even tho u can do a hella of alot of creative stuff wit fl i always felt my hands was tie and frustated..but since i got this nice portable little box i can get into the groove of things quite easily...

after reading all these suggestions and recommendations i had to become a member of the site and get that hdm10 kit

the problem now is where do i go from here..i got reason and cubase i havent installed them yet cause i wondering if i need to get a sound card like m-audio 10/10 delta joint...all i want is a small little dungeon in my house and just bang out...SO WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE? is the question..


its been a month since ive gotten this little box i got all my songs saved but i need to record them since i can map them out...any suggestions?

if ure usin a computer with an audio in mini jack u can just record the tracks into cubase, thats what i do. also a good pci sound card that has rca in and out, digital in and out and midi is the m-audio audiophile 2496 and its only like $100.

yeah sid , great decision on the MP. First make sure that your using a setup that's going to fit your needs and a easy around work flow. Second with the MP,make sure you max it out in Ram and since you have the HDkit get a harddrive soon, saving that you already have a CF card. I use a 40gig, some in here uses up to 80-100 gid.Your on the right track.

I DONT KNO HOW TO INSTALL THE NEW 3.0 ON MY MPC

Put the Bin file on ur CF card Boot up while holding window button press rec botton when it ask's if u want to boot up new OS then wait for it to finish booting up.

Sid I would wait, on uploading that thirdparty OS until.because yes it could messup the MP. 2.1 is jus fine for me your not going to get a perfect machine with a bug free OS. If it's man made it's eventually going to break or ware down. wait and see when the 3.0 version come to see what's going to take place,you never know could be a good move or a bad move.

i did it ...real simple os but im goin to put the 2.1 joint back on til i can get the official verison good looks b...quick question y u not usin your reason joint?
