aite so im using the mpc 1000 to loop drums and i have it linked to my MIDI keyboard motif ES6..

recording is working fine...BUT i played one voice on the keyboard but i want to use another voice in the same sequence...

i tried changing tracks and changing the MIDI 1A to MIDI 1B, 2A etc...

but all that does is change the voice that i previously recorded on track 1....how do i use more than 2 voices??

AND i was listening to a sample on the computer and it was tight...when I loaded it into my MPC and played it into the same speakers, the sound quality of the drums was **** garbage...

all of my drums sound like garbage...i layer em put 808 kicks tweak them...they sound like SHIT...is the mpc just horrible in sound quality for dums?

Your programs in the motif should have midi numbers associated with them. Dial that number into your same seq dif midi track.

The sample itself is the same when inside your mpc and computer.
the "quality" comes when played out through different circuitry, effects, speakers, stuff like that.

The MPC is not horrible, it's your understanding of that that's horrible, lol.

:D
