I spoke with Jay at Roger Linn today. I requested a refund for the 3.10 Upgrade for the MPC60II. I sold the MPC, so I didn't need the upgrade anymore. He said he just got the upgrades in, they were on backorder for so long. So anyone who order one should be getting them soon. Plus the one I ordered is available, so if you want it, call Roger Linn before they are all out again.

Hmmm, you really think so?
I wonder what he would have said if you would have told him to go ahead and ship it.
So if that's the case then those poeple who have already paid and are waiting should get a call or email to say they are being shipped?
Not knocking them but I just don't really believe what they are or aren't saying.
It's a courtesy product that they aren't making money on anymore, how important do you think it is?
It would be better if you could just ordered them from Marion systems yourself. :?
Nothing wrong with an item being backordered but I shouldn't have to stalk you to find out the status of my order.
Just hope they are treating the Adrenalinn customers better.

I feel ya. I was feeling kind of the same way. And especially when your paying close to $500. Doesn't make sense.

True, but he gets caught up by them as well.
He gets the O.S. from Linn and the SCSI from Marion Systems.
Not enough revenue to just have stock laying around.
Anything can be out of stock or backordered, but you have got to be straight up and communicate with people.
The real question is how much longer will they be available at all?
Eventually they will be like the SP-12 turbo kits.......MIA.

gday mate,

ive got my scsi all installed and hooked up etc. but i can't transfer from pc to mpc without some kind of error occuring.

could someone tell me the normal procedure?

ive tried.
1. mpc3000 disk image from midicase. works and can xfer snds to disk but then mpc doesnt read the disk
2. formating on the 60 and put in pc and then the pc wont read disk
3. and before someone suggests it i can't use mpceditor to format the disk coz the 30 days is up

this is really frustrating...

any helps appreciated.
