actually I love the chemicals, always have. I see what you're getting at. note repeat is just hilarious the way it's used in such cheesy ways :lol:

Did you know that the prodigy lost half the royaltys for Firestarter because they used an Art of Noise sample without clearing it?

The sample is the girl singing "hey,hey,hey" during the verse.

That's gotta hurt!

...and while we are on the topic of "NOTE-REPEAT"...

Anyone who has seen "Pushing Buttons", the live performance by DJ Shadow, Cut Chemist, DJ Nu-Mark and a big cutout of R2D2 will spot the note repeat being used quite heavily.
