my 2500 does not register the lowest octive on my keyboard ?

here is my problem
regardless of what keyboard i use my mpc will not record the lowest few notes on my keyboard.
has anyone elese experienced this problem and if so do u know how to fix it or get around it.

Naw, that shit is still effective in os 1.2 for me.

It does that to me on my midi controller...all I have to do is turn my controller off and on, it works when i reset it like that.
