I order a stack of vinyl.....

decide after placing the order (5 min later) i wanna add another album.....

email them get a response 3 days later saying i put in the add request to late...

vinyl arrives (1st batch) and one of the singles is broken in pieces...

i email last friday and still have yet to get a response....

oh yeah and they never answer their phones

Why would i order ish from sandbox that i new was bootleg ? And if you new why would'nt you care. OG pressings of vinyl are always worth more )MONEYWISE AND COLLECTORWISE). You could nt get a decent trade off for a bootleg pressing of something as if it were OG VINYL OR AT LEAST REPRESSING of the copy. Dont get schooled or youll have to go back!

they dont have a store its only online and they're office is like on 35th street. or somewhere in midtown.

SANDBOX service is terrible. They used to be one of the only places online to get new 12"s. I am in LA but in the past they have taken more than a month to ship my orders. havent done biz with them in more than a year but it doesnt sound like theings have gotten any better

Hiphopsite.com is a good place. I've dealt with them on some cust. service and it was good. Had a piece of vinyl come to me that when it was pressed there was a piece of paper in the vinyl....so it was sticking out of the grroves. Good QC on the presing plants part right??

This is definitely true for westcoast customers..shipping and service was always much better than sandbox, imo. Although I used to like the more simple site layout at Sandbox.
