Tutor asked me to help out, I said "of course, yeah cause I like this place".

About the whole card issues though, I don't anything about macs so I can't help there..

The best thing to do is update your OS before you install the card reader. If you erase or format any format in a computer - in my experience - the MPC with an old OS will not read.

Not true, it's better to first install the card reader since they work without any flaw with os 1.14. Once the card reader is working your can upgrade to os1.20 if you want. Updateing to os 1.20 can make certain internal zip drives inaccessible.

this is off topic but has to do with storage...and i dint wanna create a new thread.......But why are the 250 mb zip drives so high? :( i have a 1gb jaz drive and they are a dime a dozen...what gives?

I've never seen a high zip drive :P hahaha
