<MPC 2000XL>

I made a new program, used it in ONE track, and now i want to erase the 2nd and 3rd bars off of that track. I normally just go into STEP edit and delete the notes i dont want, but for some reason its only showing ONE Pad hit on that track.
But if i go back to the main screen and SOLO the track, it plays all Pad Hits/notes.

I made sure its on "View: All Events"

Does it have something to do with the fact that the program is an autochromatic program of one sound?

I have never had this problem before, So i'm hoping someone here can help me out with it....

The notes should be there....

Just gotta find em'

Dont step to find each note...

Search manually through the digits by ones...

it sounds like u shifted some notes or changed the timing so when you hit the step button your jumping to the wrong times and missing the notes...

HA.... man I feel like an idiot on that one....you were right, i guess i get soo used to doing things in timing that i dont think theres anything else...haha...

I suppose i could have just gone into the track and erased all events from 2.01 - 4.01 also...

Thanks for the kick in the ass jacpot

If you recorded shifted timing, your notes will not be on the timing shown in the main window, they will be forward or backward of the "supposed" pad hit.

Jac is right.
