How to erase internal memory?

I looked around for a answer but didn't find one so I'm not sure if this has been asked before but how do you delete the internal memory (like the sequences and samples it comes with dj hip hop, ill hip hop, nu school, all of those) I don't use them at all and was wondering how, if it all, could they be deleted.

Delete every Program and Sequence thats loaded in your Ram right now, then go to save and save everything into the internal, that deletes stuff saved there before.
