MPC and Keyboard

How do I set my keyboard up to trigger the samples that are in the MPC? Say I load a 1 shot bass sample in the MPC, how do I set my MIDI keyboard up so that I can trigger in the bass notes with my keyboard instead of with the MPC's pads?

Please do a search, this has been asked at least 3 times in the last week and a half..

i was probably one of the people who posted a thread about this before, but when i did, people began talking about how the keys don't map out properly and stuff like that...no big deal i just figured that i would ask again seeing if anyone would be able to answer it this time

Well, connect your keyboard to the MPC with a MIDI cable, and press some keys. I think that's about it
