track recorder or mixer...which is more important?

which one is the most important for producers? say i make a beat and want to sell it...would it be better to have a track recorder or a mixer? track recorders are generally for recording vocals right? and mixers are to polish finished beats?

say you only make beats and you only have a limited amount of money, would you get the mixer or a track recorder? why

do you have a computer to record on? then get a mixer.... if you dont get a recorder with cd burner...

yeah i have a computer...its a pretty good computer too.

someone recommended the Behringer Eurorack UB1202 Mixer UB 1202 MIXERS RACK...does anyone have any experience with this mixer? any other recomendations?

I wouldn't buy a behringer ... what kind of money do you want to spend?
