WTF

Yo, ALL my pads are dead no sound out of any of them and when i load a pgm. then hit start nosound, i can see the pad hits on the lcd but no souind. I can only hear sound in the load screen if i want to audition a sound, but if i load it and assign it to a pad NO SOUND, WTF. I tried 2.01, 3.01 and 3.03

just a guess.
but mayybe the PGM's u load have the pads assigned to the OUTPUTS of the mpc 1-4.
that would make sense. just a guess tho yo.

ALL 64 pads are set to (ST)

I dont know WTF is up when i hit a pads no sound but if I audition a sound before i load it i can hear it. ???????

what about volumes..?? check all the mixer params... donno

Checked all of that, mute, mute groups, mixer settings...........

Do you have "Pad to internal sound" set to on? If it's not then that's probably the problem.

Try the factory reset, I think it is power on while holding the ERASE button, then re-install whatever OS you want to use.
