Does somebody have direction on how i can replace a floopy drive with a Zip drive and put a laptop Harddrive in the MPC3000?

I know that MPC3000.com has the direction but it is not step by step direction or not straight forward. Does anybody know how to do the replacement that can give me the direction step by step?
