mpc1k pgm editor for Windows

does such a program exist?
im trying to find a program that will let me create programs before loading my samples onto my mpc. rather than do it on my pc i can do it through windows.

i did a search before i posted this, and all i found on the forum were programs for the Mac...

any help would be appreciated.
