Post your views and questions about the Akai MPC2500

(BEEN CHECKING YA,LL OUT 6MNTH BUT 1ST TIME POSTING) IM NEW TO THE MPC FAMILY BUT I BEEN DOING PRODUCTION FOR OVER 15 YRS. FOR THE LAST FEW YRS BEEN WORKING WITH A KURWEIL K2VX AND A TRITON STUDIO KEYBOARD (EPS 16 WAY BACK) I JUST GOT THE 2500 A FEW MONTHS AGO AND IM SPRUNG, I HAD BEEN SAYING I DIDNT NEED A MPC BECAUSE MY BOARDS HAD THE CAPIBILITY (NOT TRUE) ITS LIKE MAJIC MAKING BEATS WITH THIS THING RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX NO LEARNING CURVE

same here.. the mp2500 .. man i got mad luv for it... hopw you enjoy using it.. just to let you no if you havent.. when you post some things on here.. youll get a bunch of negative responces...(jerks.. :roll: )
but you gotta live with it.. the internet gave everybody a voice to be herd.. but hope to here some of those mp beats soon.. hit us up with one.. ight

I agree 1000% here. Some dudes on here have a huge chip on their shoulder and they want to do their best to ruin your experience with the mpc, I mean the way I look at it no question is a stupid one.If you don't know something you just don't know. I find it alot easier to just not respond to a thread than to be a jerk to someone......I guess that's just me.

Anyway...... welcome to the boards man!!1

Yes, but sometimes it is much quicker to think and find the answer for yourself than to wait for a reply in a forum :wink:

When I finally DID get a 2kxl, it was bliss..

sometimes they got a very big chip on there shoulder..lol.. but you gotta live with it.. if they have somethign to say theyll say it.. its not like what your mom tells you right? ""If you don't have something nice to say then don't say it"" yes take it as that.. now i aint callin nobody here a momas boy dont take this wrong. ight .. got it??.. well hope Mr. ProCrast has a welcomed experince on the boards..

Well, I enjoy exchanges with the newer members. But some of the older members.....yeah, I got words for a few of them..but just a few.
