I don't have a sampler yet,but when I'm in thrift stores, occasionally I see vinyl records,should I buy them anyway,so when I get one in a few years I will already have a good amount and selection of records ?I also see them in other weird stores too.My Grandma has a truck load of records,but she treats me like I'm 5 years old,so whenever I touch something,she says ''Dont touch that you'll break it,I know your game'' yes I know itz STUPID ! Anyway I thought it was a good idea.Tell me what you think I should do. Cheers!

It really does depend on how obscure you think those records are. But if you don't have any other source for buying records, then it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for you.

Thanx,If they're really cheap I'll just buy like a whole crate and take a chance,because in the future I might not like anything in half of the crate.

cop em and listen to them if u plan on gettin an mpc. it always helps to be ahead

Go ahead and cop them if they are for a good price. U dont have to have an hardware sampler to sample from those records. If you have an audio editor/recording program u can use that to sample sounds or whatever u like from the records. Checkout mpc4000xl's link for freeware.
