Mpc 2000 not booting

I have an mpc 2000 and the machine is not booting. It is lighting up but the lights are not going off and the only thing that appears on the screea is a boot rom message stating the version. Can anyone tell me what could be the possible cause of this?

could the os you're running be bad? maybe try downloading it again..

both files on the disk?

bad disk

I have no disk in as the time

The 2000 needs a BOOT DISK...
